Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Queensland) Act 1994 – 22 October 2015

Summary

The Code set out in the schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (a Commonwealth Act) applies as a law of Queensland. To allow a uniform system to operate, the APVMA (a commonwealth entity) is conferred with functions and powers pursuant to section 21 of this Act.
