Charitable Funds Act 1958 – 23 September 2013

Summary

Where the intent of charitable funds has been delivered or cannot be delivered, the funds may be applied towards another purpose. The trustees of the fund must prepare a scheme for the funds and submit that scheme to a certifying officer to obtain approval of the scheme.
