Publications that will be published in Queensland may require government classification.

  • Section 9A

The government may approve a person to be a wholesaler of publications if they agree to comply with the code of conduct and is otherwise and fit and proper person. The code of conduct is found in Schedule 1 of the 1992 order.

A retail seller of publications is to comply with a code of conduct found in Schedule 2 of the 1992 order.
