Corporations (Queensland) Act 1990 – 15 July 2001

The Corporations Act 1989 (Commonwealth) applies as a law of Queensland and is referred to as the Corporations Law of Queensland. The Supreme Court of Queensland and other lower courts of Queensland may hear civil matters arising under the Corporations Law of Queensland.

As the Commonwealth corporations law now operates under new Acts of Parliament, this Act may need to be amended to apply to the new Acts of Parliament or be repealed.
