Returned Servicemen’s Badges Act 1956 – 10 November 1995

A person who is not a member of the Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) shall not wear, or without lawful excuse have in his or her possession, any returned service personnel badge. Note: A similar rule applies to badges of the prescribed returned service personnel associations listed in section 4 of the Act.
